Our Mission

Our Mission is to show you how to get the strength to rise above personal insecurities and manage with self-generated wisdom, confidence and purpose.

We hold that there are two ways to see a problem... One is to see the problem and attempt to fix or remove it using reason, or applying defensive tactics when reason is not immediately accessible.

Another is to recognize that every problem has a cause. In behavioural concerns, the most elusive cause is not the presence of a disease or flaw in a perfect system. Rather it is the paucity of options in an imperfect system. We are born knowing nothing. We have to develop all we will know. Knowledge is not a given state determined by age, education, genes, or status. It is generated by your own exploration of what is unknown to you regardless of how well it may be known to others. And that requires direction, discipline, and the encouragement to put them together. Thus, the cause is not an imposition, but is a deficit, an easier condition to fix.

Our mission, therefore, is to guide you to manage those three ingredients more effectively, but do so specific to each person, as different people will have a deficit in different areas to different degrees.

We want to show you that you can conquer any challenge simply by accepting the right for change and disruption to occur and by knowing the true depth of your own wisdom. We want to do it with those who believe they have developed significant knowledge as well as with those who know they are lacking.

We want to show you that the range of conditions you can use to stimulate yourself is infinite but yet within your grasp.

We want to show the professional or executive with tremendous experience, the person with high status, as well as the ordinary person who admits to needing some guidance that there is still so much to explore, not only to recover, but also to reach greater heights, be driven by the realization that life is here for every one of us to grow, to be the best we can be..

This is our mission... to stimulate greater awareness of the power of the mind or soul to use change, turmoil, and uncertainty as the manure for the erudition of self.

Or as John Maynard Keynes said, "When facts change, I change my mind.  What do you do sir?"

There is nothing quite so powerful as an idea whose time has come.
